Requirements:

A person having the secondary professional (technical) education in the specialty and up to 2 year of experience in the relevant position.

The Gas equipment and boiler maintenance Technician shall know as follows:

• standards, specifications and guidelines with respect to repair, maintenance and operation of Gas equipment and boiler maintenance.
• boiler supervision rules for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels;
• technological order for the provision of repair and maintenance of the Gas equipment and boiler maintenance;
• Company’s strategic priorities, development plans, organization chart, interrelations nature;
• the procedure for documents execution (work permits) for admission to perform Gas equipment and boiler maintenance repair and maintenance works;
• operating characteristics and operation procedures of heating, ventilation and cooling the procedure for documents execution (work permits) for admission to perform Gas equipment and boiler equipment;
• internal and Client’s standards, procedures and rules, including regulations and standards;
• of labour protection, occupational safety, production sanitary and fire safety;
• safe working practices for repair, maintenance and operation of Gas equipment and boiler maintenance.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in key account management, sales, or customer relationship management
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

• Act as the point of contact for key account, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction between Client and Top management;
• Coordinate and monitor the order fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery and handling to Client;
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, shipments, procurement plans, delivery logs;
• Collaborate wit procurement team and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery;
• Coordinate team of buyers for timely accurately execution of supply chain process;
• Personally full fill procurement orders by the instruction of its Management;
• Assist in managing customer relations, audits, compliances;
• Assist in managing contract terms, pricing agreements, purchase orders and service agreements with Client;
• Work closely with procurement team and management to support supply chain development, and development of dealership of new product/brand;
• Prepare and coordinate Profit and Loss observations and reports;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Client policies and industry regulations;

• Responsibilities:
• Organizing the provision of the necessary material resources of the required quality for the company's production activities
• Monitoring the rational use of material resources in order to reduce production costs
• Purchasing consumables, tools, components, fuel and other necessary resources
• Preparing and supporting contracts with suppliers, monitoring their implementation
• Agreeing on the terms and conditions of delivery with suppliers
• Analyzing and developing long-term direct business relationships with suppliers of material and technical resources
• Monitoring deliveries in accordance with contractual terms, checking the quantity, quality and completeness of delivered resources
• Organizing the storage of material resources in the company's warehouses
• Complying with the company's procurement management rules and carrying out the instructions of the immediate supervisor

• Requirements:
• Secondary vocational or higher education (economics, engineering and economics or related)
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or procurement
• Skills in working with suppliers and contractual documentation
• Attentiveness, responsibility and good organizational skills

• Responsibilities:
• Planning and leading HVAC projects from initial task definition through to completion
• Identifying and coordinating internal and external resources required to execute HVAC projects
• Managing replacement of HVAC system components or complete HVAC systems
• Coordinating engineering, installation, and commissioning activities
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and schedules
• Supporting the Procurement Department with technical evaluation of supplier offers
• Reviewing technical proposals, drawings, and equipment specifications
• Reporting project progress and issues to management

• Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC engineering and design
• General understanding of related HVAC disciplines, including piping, electrical systems, and automation
• Experience working for contractors, subcontractors, or HVAC manufacturers
• Experience in project-based HVAC system replacement or upgrade
• Ability to assess technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good understanding of procurement and supplier evaluation processes
• Fluency in English
