ETL Engineer

- Performing maintenance and participating in major overhauls of electrical installations at the customer’s facilities (West Eskene)
- Maintenance and testing of relay protection and automation systems (RPA)
- Conducting high-voltage testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment
- Maintenance of power transformers, switchgear, generators, electric motors, cable and overhead lines
- Maintenance of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and emergency power systems
- Maintenance of grounding and lightning protection systems
- Cleaning, drying, and analysis of transformer oil
- Carrying out periodic testing of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and industrial safety requirements during work execution
- Monitoring the quality of work performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and the customer’s internal procedures
- Maintaining and preparing technical documentation and reports
- Recuirements:
- Relevant technical education (Electrical Power Engineering / Electrical Engineering)
- Experience working at West Eskene facilities
- Strong knowledge of relay protection and automation (RPA)
- Hands-on experience in testing, inspection, and configuration of RPA devices
- Experience in high-voltage testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (including IEC is an advantage)
- Knowledge of safety requirements when performing work on electrical installations
- Valid electrical safety certification (minimum Level IV clearance)
- Relevant certifications/permits for working in an electrical testing laboratory (ETL)
- Experience with Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures is an advantage
- Responsibility, discipline, and ability to work under strict safety requirements
